When you access your account, click on 'Subscriptions', then 'Sub Accounts'. 
Click on 'Add Sub Account'.
Complete all fields, check all boxes and click 'Send' and the invitation will be sent for them to set up their account.
Alternatively, you can message them with the signup URL.
